Our team of engineers have hundreds of designs in production. Parts are created for our customer’s specific application. Each product is designed to be durable and independent, with performance tests completed at each phase of design and production.

Muncy utilizes solid model CAD and finite element analysis (FEA) design custom assemblies. Using 3D printers we can create prototypes and test them at each phase of development. This allows us to show the product as it evolves and identify weaknesses before manufacture.

Our team accomplishes reverse engineering of older parts that are no longer manufactured

This is useful for customers when a supplier or vehicle manufacturer goes out of business. We re-create a high quality replacement or in some cases re-manufacture your existing part.

We can also provide reverse engineering to make improvements on parts.
